To make it easy for the coders who have to implement music/sound, please follow these filename conventions. Examples:
...where artist_code is a three-character combination each artist will choose to represent themselves (please see list below for taken codes). number starts at 1 and increments by one for each variation you create. According to an IRC session we had, music should be .ogg files and sound effects .wav files. We're still looking into other parameters but the worst case scenario would be 44.1KHz, 16-bit stereo for music and mono for sound effects (they will be spatially placed in the code).
