It appears that when you keep rotating the camera along the pitch axis, the yaw and pitch controls invert.
As I'm a programmer myself, I know exactly what this issue is about, and am going to assume that you Trillek developers know exactly how to deal with this yourselves without any issues.
In effect this is more a poor coding comment, than a real bug report.
