Non fixed function differed pipeline (OpenGl3?) that can display simple mesh, textures, lights. Camera stays at 0,0,0 and world is transformed around camera (this will solve some scale issues later)

I have read that a tree based scene graph works very well for the render pipeline and has a lot of optimizations in culling.

Implementation issue that I believe is already in-progress.

There has been a lot of discussion recently about improving the graphics system in Sigma, both on github and IRC. I propose a meeting of all with graphics-programming knowledge/experience.

Wednesday 1/15 at 9pm EST. Probably google hangouts, but we'll just meet up on IRC and go from there.
