Virtual Computer new specfications

Since the launch of MS 2.5 We had some talk about the virtual computer and how improve it, make more open and try to be more easy to understand and program.

I made many progress with the new implementation of the virtual computer. Actually I managed to see how the new palette looks with the TDA screen output.
